This notice describes the TeamON Burundi contact website. Terms for your future institutional environment are agreed separately with your administration.
Why we collect information
To answer your enquiry, understand the workflow you want to simplify, prepare a proposal and arrange a demo. The form does not create a contract, take payment or subscribe you to marketing.
What the form collects
Professional contact details, organisation and role, sector, described workflow, tools, team size, plan and budget preferences, billing details and demo preferences. Public institutions can also provide optional hosting, data-sensitivity and sovereignty preferences, without record contents. Tax ID, billing email and preferred date are optional. Your consent to process the enquiry is collected before submission.
Who receives the enquiry
The TeamON Burundi team at info@teamon.bi receives the full summary. A confirmation is sent to the contact email you provide. The website host processes web requests, Neon stores the enquiry, Resend sends emails and Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions. Copies in email inboxes also need to be managed.
On-premises deployment and data control
TeamON can be deployed on your institution’s own infrastructure. In a fully local, isolated configuration, the application, AI models, documents, logs and backups remain within your environment: no business data is transmitted to external entities. This scope must be configured and validated with your IT team before use. This website’s contact form remains a separate service for enquiries and demo arrangements only.
Retention, copies and deletion
Enquiry, email and backup retention periods must be agreed with the operator before the service opens. Business enquiries are not automatically deleted. You may request deletion at info@teamon.bi; the scope and any retention obligations will be explained in response. For a public-sector deployment, retention, legal archiving and deletion are defined in the service agreement.
Your requests and contact
Write to info@teamon.bi to request a copy, correct information, request deletion or ask about how your data is used. You can withdraw consent for future exchanges. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; do not send an identity document unsolicited.
Browsing and preferences
Your light/dark preference is saved locally in your browser. Fonts are served by this website without requests to a third-party font provider. No marketing analytics tool is integrated. Anti-spam verification, when enabled on the last form screen, is provided by Cloudflare and may process technical connection information.
Sensitive records and institutional projects
Do not submit classified documents, citizen data, medical records, administrative secrets, passwords or bank details. Institutional scoping defines permitted data, models and subprocessors, processing countries, access, encryption, audits, incidents and exit arrangements. Dedicated hosting alone does not guarantee that AI processing stays in Burundi.
